Do I need to know how to code?
No. That is the whole point. You describe the tool in plain English using the three lines on the card, and Claude Artifacts builds the working software for you. You never see or touch code.
What do I build it in?
Claude, using Artifacts (the live preview panel that renders a working app right in the chat). The card is written for that, but the describe-a-tool pattern transfers to any AI that can build an interactive artifact.
Will the tool be good enough to actually use?
