The Content OS Blueprint

The one-page map of the AI content assembly line. Seven stations, what AI does at each, and the 10 percent you keep. So you build a system, not a pile of tabs.

See the whole line

All seven stations on one page: Idea, Script, Thumbnail, B-roll, Slides, Assembly, Publish. The assembly line, not forty tabs.

Know the 90/10 split

Each station spells out what AI does and what you keep. You stay the director, the machine does the labor.

One shared brain

See how Brand, Voice, and Audience feed every station, the piece that turns scattered tools into one system.

What's inside

  • The full 7-station map of the AI content assembly line, on one page
  • What AI does at every station, named tool by tool
  • What the human keeps at each station, the 10 percent you never outsource
  • The shared brain (Brand, Voice, Audience) and how it feeds the whole line
  • Claude Code as the engine that runs every station
  • A start-here prompt: the one station to build first

Questions

Do I need Claude Code to use this?

No. The blueprint maps the system, not one tool. Use whatever AI you already have at each station. Claude Code is how I run mine, and the map shows where it fits.

Is this just the slide from the video?

No. The video shows the clean map. This is the detailed version, with every station annotated: what AI does there and what you keep. It is the territory to that teaser.

Is this really free?

Yes. Drop your email and it is yours, and a copy lands in your inbox so you keep it.
